Shipping & Returns

All orders are delivered by Courier or Hellenic Post Office.

For shipments to Greece

a) Free Shipping for all orders over 50 euros.

b) For orders below 50 euros, the shipping cost for the whole of Greece is 4 euros.

For shipments to countries within the European Union

a) In the 27 countries of the European Union, the shipping cost is 17 euros for any order.

For shipments to countries outside the EU

a) In countries outside the European Union, the shipping cost is 20 euros for any order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Greece

You have the right to a partial or full refund of your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the reason for the refund is the company's fault (eg wrong type, defective product), then the return cost will be borne by our company. In any other case, you will be charged for the return.

Αbroad

You have the right to a partial or full refund of your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Please note that shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, without the special markings (stickers)
